I remember when we were kids, 8/9, we used to make arrows out of some bamboo, 3" nail, electical tape and an old cigarette pack for the flights. We ised to play chicken and stretch with them as well as seeing how far they'd fly. One day playing stretch, i beat this lad, so on purpose he threw his arrow into my foot, ran off, about 5 mtrs away he turned around aand laughed, so in my mick , i just wanged my arrow at him, hitting him in the corner of the eye, right in his tear duct. Hence we were banned from such activity.
