With everybody not socialising in crowded areas & self-isolating & now spring is here Jill & I are looking to take at at least a hour's walk everyday, should keep us fit what with our work too! We are very fortunate we live 30 yards from country lanes where we can walk for miles without seeing anyone. Thank god I can walk sprightly again after my muscle/leg problems three weeks ago.

Lovely out there this morning :sun:

It is oddly quite in the swan household: normally Skysport news is on constantly. Instead mrs swan is reading a book... Mr Swan

Nice video, Rab, and good advice to use this time for meditation and reflection.

Walked the dog, video called my mum (a little upsetting, if I'm honest, but I know I'm lucky to still have her),now listening music and spoiling wife (as Ruby's assistant!). Planning on taking daughter and dog to the river in a bit, then I'll catch up on some music docs I've recorded.

You would have thought someone at Leedsunited.com, would have thought it would be community spirited to make available re-runs of some of this seasons (past seasons also) matches, for those of us who are missing the action. They could charge their £1 weekly membership fee if they felt they had to.

Laboriously removing my gmail account from every login, including this site, so I can delete it.

Also got rid of Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and Google as part of the privacy purge.

Not sure what to do about YouTube yet, but deleting the Google 'account' is a start.

That would be a great thing to do David, hopefully they will....

Courageous thing to do - have thought about it myself but it would be hard to remove every link and a lot of effort recreating everything under a new ID. If I'm honest, I'm too lazy, so I applaud your energy.

Getting there. I now just use Signal for messaging, Criptext for email, this site for social, and I have eBay and Amazon accounts with everything turned off. I bought an iPhone 5s when they came out, and I've still got it. I don't want anything else. I use the Apple maps that came with the phone, and have location off unless I'm using it.

Took houndie for his walk. Unfortunately, where I live, the Grockles ( visitors) came out in their droves yesterday....to walk in my local woods and to have an outside pint at my historical local. So today, I popped him (no easy feat as he weighs 33 kilos) into my fiat 500 and drove off to a farmers field to walk around. Will do the same for the foreseeable future as I think we are going to be inundated with visitors who will not stay away!!

The Queen let her miniature Corgis lose in our yard and we watched them play at breakfast time.

Today I shall be trying to get hold of the medicine I need whilst not leaving the house. I tried to get it last week, but every pharmacy I visited was out of stock. This is prescription medicine that I need to preserve my health, I'm not stockpiling paracetamol.

Good luck, I got a new inhaler a week before this all blew up, but I'm running lowish on Lansoprozole and Allopurinol.

Thanks. I'm ok for inhalers as I got them in for the last attack. It's other stuff I can't get, which has been in short supply all year and has now dried up altogether. Good luck with yours too.
