I'm between books and it's a distraction while I'm laid up. Don't worry,, I'll probably break my phone again soon.

And yes, I did have to log in again to respond to this!

Having a big sort out of cds today. I have a chest of drawers and a bookcase full, and then a box full of ripped ones, from the 90s mainly. Working through those.

I need to have a tidy up after last years sort out. I'm running out of room, our house isn't big enough

A bracing walk along Brid seafront prior to us enjoying homemade crumpets & scones at our favourite coffee place

Amazing watching the choppy waves of the sea on a windswept morning

Mowed our lawn today & weeded the borders on a gorgeous day here in East Yorks

We also have snowdrops plus the daffodil bulbs showing early

Magnolia tree & roses are budding with lots of other flowers also coming through too.

Nature is going crazy for the middle of January

Not seen a redstart for a couple of years. The last I remember was on the coast path near Whitby.

My rarest is probably the Cirl Bunting, maybe a little owl on the south coast in the daytime. My favorite experience was probably on the IoW while I was working there. I used to stand in the garden at twilight and get the Daubenton's bats diving and flying around me ...did that most evenings for 15/20 minutes
