Klich, Ideguchi and De Bock are in the maybe section apparently.

Grot and Ekuban are off loan or permanent.

Unfortunately Captain Cooper is staying.

So eight of that awful squad has gone

Only one I disagree on is allowing Lewie Coyle to return to Fleetwood, he quick at getting up & down the flanks & he has more brains in his right foot than the likes of Cooper, O'Kane, Phillips, Berardi, Sacko, De Bock have in their heads.
I'd have thought Coyle would be the type of player Bielsa admires

Cannot understand it to be honest Cjay, Cooper's disciplinary record is woeful & he is a liability, even Monk had the sense to realise he wasn't good enough at championship level

As it stands now the spine is very brittle, until we get that important factor right we'll achieve nothing :(

Ass kisser behind the scenes?
One of the lads in the dressing room.
Doesnt complain.
Do whatever PR the club wants.

Tbf he was very good with young Toby Nye apparently , so he deserves credit for that.

He isnt Captain because he is a good player though, 100% certain.

Shouldn't be captain but Cooper is a decent centre back back up. Left footed IIRC too. Very harsh imo...

Not harsh at all mate

The only season he played as back-up we just missed out on the play-offs. We've have been totally rubbish at the back when he is used as one of our main CB's in his other three seasons at Leeds. Also his scoring record for a CB is appalling, 2 goals in 116 appearances, on top of that he has a poor disciplinary record. Whilst Cooper remains at Leeds he'll get plenty of games even as back-up & that doesn't bode well for our future. We have far too many average players in our squad, that's why we finished 13th last season

A managers dream although sticking with average players because they are well liked ultimately costs them their jobs which in the end is a managers nightmare

Yet he's won some MOTM's and played a few 8/9 games. We write off players too quickly, that's why we're still in this league

No the reason we're are still in this league is because we've lacked total ambition, employed poor managers, signed cheap/average players & our club has been run badly by various owners over many many years

He has the odd good game tbf, 1 in 5 or so but thats not captain material.

He is a squad player at best imo.
