Kyle Bartley

Post by fred »

3-4 million could be enough to bring him back. Wages could be a problem though.

Concidering that he was injured for a longer period and that could happen quite easy again:
would it be a good move?

Would be a great move if Kyle comes back as fit as a butchers dog

Pontus would have his partner back

The captaincy problem would also be resolved too !

Swansea wanted £8m last year before he signed a new contract, so we'd be looking at £10m+ for him, not worth anywhere near that! I'd rather sign Huth or Collins on a free.

Not with 4 knee injuries behind him and a ruined season..maybe worth 4-5 now if that

I've always liked Huth SG90...wouldn't mind him at ER....especially if Swansea are asking 10m for Bartley. He was brilliant for us season before last but as everyone says, his injuries would make him a big gamble...

Not sure we can risk £3-4mil on a player with knees made of biscuits.

His one season for us was the one and only season where he played over 25 games in a season ever.

He is injury prone.

After a year out injured - no way! As others have said above, about 3-4 million max.

Phil Hay recond he would be available for 3-4 million.

Could `lure` Janssen to stay if Bartley came back.

I doubt that tbh. Mawson will be sold and they will want to keep him, especially with the parachute payments, they won't sell unless they get a big bid.

Huth will be 34 and not exactly injury free himself
