Funny to think LUFC fans had a fit when his name was mentioned.

Jaap Stam- 40% Championship win percentage. . Championship games-98 . .Points per game-1.45
Paul Heckyingbottom-26% . Championship games-91 . Points per game -1.07

And those stats would look even better for Stam v heckingbottomfeeder if you did not count the current rubbish season for the former?

I think this season's results are why they sacked him.

No thanks. Destroyed a decent reading team with unbelievably boring football even when they were winning

Not even close.

Even taking Heckys best season his win percentage is only 1.2 points per game.

And somebody thought that was good enough for us!

Already proven not good enough at this level, but gets a bigger job?

This culture of rewarding failure baffles me.

They should have hung on to him, we would have probably offered £500k for him in another week or two.

When I was working the best interviewees were either the ones that had had the most jobs or had the best CV ever.

Was never anything concrete to back up their claims to be the best sales person bar none.

I listen to spoofers like Adkins and Cotterill and wonder are clubs really that stupid?

Then they get another job and I have my answer.

Am I right in thinking that Leeds fans hate him because he complained about Monk's tactics, which they all complained about once he left?
