It was up against Adele round one ....that's an auto pick for opposition for me. Round two I passed on both. Foo Fighters are awful too

I love Depeche Mode but the above is just a pop ditty compared to what came later for me. Talking Heads one of the most influential bands of all time. You can hear them in the Pixies stuff to start with and that lead to Nirvana and the sound of Seattle which was the last time Rock was truly alive..
