Ha, you seen the ice rink recently? It is in the image, its the white building in the corner. However the half completed wooden frame recently blew down in strong winds severely damaging the structure. As for a park and ride, I'm sure if Leeds promised to redevelop the whole area Leeds CC would be able to relocate it, perhaps even replace with a multi story on site.
