No, Leon, I haven't, but I've just added it to an ever-growing list!

Unusual soul voice, a real grower. Stunning songs & piano.

Remained in my car for over a month on constant play Nick

Saw him last night and he was stunning. Really humble and surprisingly funny in between songs. Did an actual encore, too, playing Tea and Croissants after a guy shouted it out as they were going off :-D

One more I missed off:

Lone Wolf - Lodge

Fantastic and personal album. Our very own Brader played the drums for the live performances

Seems only six of our music fans have bought albums from 2015

Do we think more folk will post up their new albums

If not :

Is a worth conducting an Album of the Year poll ?

Thoughts please ?

They're keen! :P

I'm always late to the party with albums - generally only catch up around this time of year!

I've already popped into the future and apparently I bought 12 albums in 2016...The Beatles lost album recorded in 1968 (11 tracks never heard before and lost by Ringo Starr when he posted the master tape in what he thought was a post box but what was in fact a black hole to another dimension (incidentally the same black hole I used to travel to the future and ironically recover said master tape)) is a cracker

Listened to a bit of the Lamar, it's very good from the bits I've heard...may pop out and buy that one.

the album that is blowing me away is the stunning Surf - the Social Experiment...best of it's type (Jazz fusion hip hop and soul) since Guru - Jazzmatazz vol II. Like Jazzmatazz it features a load of "guests" BoB, Monae, Busta, J Cole, Badu...to name a couple..

Personally, I like an end of year poll, so I would say yes.

A choice of 2 for me- only bought 2 this year though that's 2 more than last year .
Killing Joke - Pylon
Chelsea - Saturday night,Sunday morning

I'd hasten to add that Chelsea are a punk band from 1977 that still play and record today rather than the drossy football team .
