Well... Only if Cellino can bank-roll them and not be part of a consortium as FL will still presumably find him unfit and improper.
if cellino appeal fails, so does the collaboration with TL

And if his appeal is successful, then why would he bother with Farnan?MeeTa wrote:

I genuinely believe he has had a plan B all along, you wouldn't invest that amount of money knowing your bid may fail without covering your back. My thoughts are we will see his son as owner if the appeal fails, with papa as president.Genghers wrote: Sounds promising, at least there's a plan B if Cellino's appeal fails.

Phil Hay @PhilHayYEP 21m
If Cellino is rejected, it appears that he and Eleonora have the right under their contract with GFH to sell the 75% to someone else.
Farnan?

It appears that it will be a group consisting of Farnan, Verity and the Cellinos. As long as Massimo Cellino holds less than a certain percentage, can't remember the number quoted, then the conviction is not relevant; it's only for majority stakeholders. In this way, Massimo can direct the funding through his family into the club.Twiggster wrote:Phil Hay @PhilHayYEP 21m

I'd like to think Massimo had this as his plan B but when you listen back to his interviews, he seemed desperate to try and get the football league to pass him. This is either because he hated his integrity being questioned or because he wanted full control. Which begs the question, if he is passed as fit, will the Farnan deal be turfed to the side?

Re: Mega TOMA thread
I used to deal with a company in Korea where the company owner was called Suc Ok.. Needless to say my mentally matured to fourteen year old brain used to incapacitate me with giggles every-time I received an email from him.Guildford White wrote: It seems the leader of this lot is a guy called Kok.
You can just see the banners in the ground when the fans want him to leave!
It seems that there's a number of tweets going around that seem to indicate there's potential for fan involvement in ownership of the club in the form of shares with Farnan and co.
Interested also to read that the status quo is that the club or at least a controlling share in it is owned by Cellino despite him not passing the owners tests so he's at at least got some leverage on GFH over who he chooses to negotiate and sell his shares to.
Although right now if I was him I'd be pissed off with my legal team that I'm in a position where I've bought what could essentially be a dead duck.. Surely the monies and transfer of controlling shares in any footall club should only be carried out once the process has reached approval by the relevant bodies...
Was the Malaysian rumour just that or was it substantiated? In which case WHO was showing them around the ground - GFH or representation of Cellino?
Re: Mega TOMA thread
That is what he did by setting up Eleonara Sports, with himself as 9.9% shareholder, and the rest of his family holding the rest. That didn't work out too well, did it ?theleedsmango wrote:

Farnan on Calendar tonight talking of the "new" consortium which includes of Cellino moving forward and in talks re: takeover. Looks promising, as far as admin is concerned. However, still not happy that we have yet another crook in charge, or soon will do.
Also Brian McD on as well saying that some idiots ringing him at all hours to shout abuse down the phone at him. Not on, he may be technically inept but fu**wits being abusive is a big no no.

All talk on twitter is of an announcement at 6PM tomorrow (Friday)
I'm guessing Cellino and the FL have already been told the outcome.
