Re: Get Allardyce!!!

You are joking Fred  Everton, were 13th in the Premier League when Allardyce arrived, finished the season in eighth position struggling to win matches. Who do the Everton board think they are ? They sell their prolific scorer Lakaku & replacing him with Rooney who is almost past his sell...

Maybe, but only with quality players being added to the squad.
Not sure if his wage demandes are affordable either.

My gut feeling would say better not...

Lewis Cook

Lewis Cook one of five players on standby for the England WC squad.

The guy has made a big step forward in short time. (Concidering he was injured for quite
a long time quite an achievement.)

Re: Summer Transfers and Squad Discussion

The worrying thing for me is, we're here debating the rights and wrongs of individual players who may or may not be worth a crap, but in reality we're back to the manager (or Head Coach). Heck may be an average manager (at best), able to cope with a limited budget and limited players, but he's neve...

Re: Jerry Mbakogu

we don't need a number 2, we've got tyler roberts for that. roofe as a second/third choice also. antonsson still on our books too. we just need a first choice Noone knows what Roberts is worth, Roofe is a Nr 2 at best. Antonnson must go, not good enough. Ekuban isn`t good enough either (yet.) Maybe...

Re: Play-Offs 2017/18

God only knows how Boro finished as high as 5th on the evidence of these two legs, they were absolutely pathetic., barely laying a glove on Villa over the 180 mins. Dare i say it, typical Pulis side, boring as hell, no wonder the baggies fans wanted him out so badly, even to the point of being rele...

Re: HSV relegated...implications Lasogga?

There was an interesting piece on Sky the other night where Bellamy was discussing the workings of the Academies and in particular the economics of it. He was saying that teams are signing players on £50 - £60k a week just to play U23 football knowing that they will never play in the first team.......

Anyone know anything about this guy...seems to be our new striker. (If he`s our new Nr. 1 striker I have my doubts after watching some of his goals on Youtube. Not exactly a great goal per game ratio either.) (And Sacko: Leeds United winger Hadi Sacko has hinted that he could be leaving the club thi...

Got to admire a guy who can earn that kind of money for doing so little. Greed runs our world, but it has a special hold on football... Top of the pyramid are the fans though. It`s their interest in top-flight football that enables the clubs to spend big time in fees and wages. This could be someho...

HSV relegated...implications Lasogga?

Lasoggas club Hamburg ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cW-9FRzPZQ ...some fans not amused)has been relegated. Guess it has no implications for us in regard to keeping him or not. Doubt we would want him whatever.

Re: Transfer Window dates

7th of May till 9th of August. With loans allowed till 31 August So by my reckoning we will release Pearce on the 18th May, sell Saiz and Pontus on 8th August and make our Burmese loan signings on August 30th. We will receive at least £5 mill more in fees than we spend... AGAIN :chair: You`ve not t...

Radz also saying that all profits from the Myanmar trip will go into the transfer kitty (though no indication of how much that will be). Lots of promising links on here, though most will be punts who will potentially take a season to bed in. lol...will believe it when it happens, that is: real mone...
