Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 17th February) - Leeds get back to winning ways in style

Is anyone else getting tortured by a bet365 ad that keeps appearing? I cant get rid of the bugger Saw it once when I clicked on the link to an old match thread, otherwise blockers working fine, fortunately. I wouldn't read the site at all if I had to see ads, and if it came to a choice, I'd rather ...

The first is my favourite too.
50 years old last Thursday.
A lot of five 0 anniversaries coming around now, including nostalgia tours. Crimson, Ash and Tull ticked off so far.

Those riffs never get old though!

I own the first five albums Sara, my favourite one is their 5th album 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath'
They were the first band I really got into and I still love them. The first album is my fave, but I even like Heaven And Hell with Ronnie James.

Morning!

Too many idiots pretending to be journalists. Buy a pub, or something.

Re: The Film Thread

Dr Strangelove

I know it's an oldie, but I hadn't seen it before. Not a huge fan of Kubrick, but it is darkly funny, with a level of tension, and a satirical edge which is still relevant. Recommended, if you haven't already. 9/10

I notice you didn't vote for your own nomination MJ

Just been listening to 'Blow By Blow'

Didn't Hector vote for R&L Thompson?

Edit: Ah, his votes haven't been included yet. As you were.

Re: Player Profile : Pablo Hernandez

Not sure anyone quite replces him - he has a unique vision imo. We do need the creativity to come from combinations of other players though. Hopefully Poveda will have a role to play in that, but I thought the same about Bogusz.

Agreed, but thought he was better at right back, if anything. Ayling has reclaimed that spot very convincingly though.

I don't know about that Sara, sometimes I say far too much
You carry the heavy burden of moderation, and are the soul of discretion.

Just like Hector! 😂
