Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 29th November) - Deal tied up to bring Vydra to Elland Road, Udinese

On Bielsa playing the same team week in week out, i saw a stat. We have made the fewest changes to the starting 11 this season in the league. 12 changes 2nd are Brentford. 24 changes. I hope MB rotates more, its unsustainable in this league. Especial Pablo, he has to be rotated, you have to manage o...

Re: Today's Games

Swansea were the better side imo. But Fulham have the best striker in the league and are clinical. 10 shots, 4 on target, 2 goals. WBA on Wednesday had 15 shots, 7 on target, 4 goals. We had 16 shots vs Luton, 2 on target and 1 goal. Thats the difference atm, for aslong as other teams are more clini...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 29th November) - Deal tied up to bring Vydra to Elland Road, Udinese

How do you plan for staying down while planning to go up, is not extending contracts a plan if we stay down, and not a bad move should we go up? Was thinking more the over reliance on loans and with funds apparently non existent, if not promoted what are the club going to do? Millions spent on loan...

Rhian Brewster I don't really see the logic in swapping Eddie for a very similar player like Brewster, the "whisper" Noel is hearing is the same whisper we all are hearing. Vydra I cant see that being true without investment, but hope it is because imo a goalscoring number 10 like Vydra would be ide...

KP needs to ask Bogusz how to do that.

Its a shame MB wont give him a chance preferring Dallas out of position.

Great free kick.

Have to say, i would sell Forshaw given the opportunity.

Wtf is wrong with him?

No information about the injury, he just disappeared.

1193966883608911878 Sounds like English to me  Idiot pundits having a pop. MB speaks decent English imo but he hates being misunderstood (Spygate) so for clarity he speaks Spanish. In fact just the other day he corrected the Translator's English translation in English and then the translator ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 28th November) If Nketiah stays, don't expect any transfer activity in January

January. If Radz and Orta haven't learned from last season then i despair. Eddie stays then we still need a proper number 10 imo. Look at how vital Pereira is for WBA with his goals, assists and creativity from the 10 position, 4 goals 7 assists. We lack that and MB has wanted Saiz replaced for 12 mo...

Re: Gianni Alioski

Changed the game imo. Gave us more energy, urgency and drive. God knows where he was playing though. Left wing back, left wing, right wing, right wing back, number 10, box to box mid, he was only on a short while but seemed to be playing every position  Also, becoming a bit of a cult hero is Al...

Re: Tyler Roberts

Sky said we told them Roberts had a hamstring injury. Thought he was having a poor game and was poor vs Luton but he had done well before that. For such a young lad he seems to be made of glass (32 games missed through injury since arriving). Costa had a good game regardless. I wonder though with th...

Re: Reading FC v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Cooper starts ahead of Berardi

Not his best game for sure but he's been the engine that drives the team last few games. His corners are getting worse though. Did you also notice once Klich came off Dallas found more space and looked much better, I think the same would have been said of Klich had Dallas been the one to come off. ...

Re: Reading FC v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Cooper starts ahead of Berardi

Wins a win :) Gritty, not a great performance, we looked vulnerable at times and devoid of quality far to often. Great effort from JH to make that run, Gunter had him under control for the entire game until then. Costa was good imo, i think he was our most creative player (havent checked). ALIIIIIII...

Re: Stay Classy . . . . .

I'm out the loop on this one...what is Pep supposed to have done? May just be because Pep took the Birmingham job after Monk was sacked? Birmingham Chief Exec made those allegations that Monk was insisting on using a certain agent for transfers and stuff? As did Boro and Cellino as well. Presumably...

Stay Classy . . . . .

Can you imagine Marcelo Bielsa speaking like this about one of his former coaches. . . . . I think even if Bielsa was sacked tomorrow and Corberan got the job for example, MB would never give such a salty interview. 1199346395032932354 This could go on Leon's positive thread. I am positive that MB w...

oh yes. Not sure exact amount but it’s a meaningful sum and I’m sure he was on more than Vieira when he signed. Deal runs to 2021. Leeds would happily kybosh it tomorrow.

Pretty clear this was a deal done as a favour for his agent.

So so weird.

Re: Championship 19/20

Our next 3 games are against 18th, 19th and 21st. WBA have got 7th, 3rd and 6th. WBA from reading reports havent been convincing, clinical id say but they arent blowing teams away (neither are we). We should expect 9 points from our next 3 imo. If WBA match that then fair play to them but hopefully ...

Re: Luton Town v Leeds Utd Match Thread

I think a small squad has its benefits as Weasel says above. But i do agree with those who think 2 cbs isnt enough, and it will cost us, once you play players out of position for any period of time then you will drop points. Case in point are Manchester City, they have had to play Fernandinho at cb ...
