Re: HORSE RACING CHALLENGE : AINTREE : GRAND NATIONAL MEETING

Nick takes today’s honours, his two winners yielding a nice profit. Not far behind in profit were Gessa, 64 and myself. Losses of varying degrees for everybody else. .Kudos to 64, who got 5 winners from the 7 races. On to Day 2.[/b] Blimey Gandi we find 9 winners between us & still don't make t...

Re: Paul Heckingbottom

I listen to Noel Whelan on the internet radio. I know I am going to hate what I am going to hear because I know it will be bad. It is like being a onlooker at a car crash. You know nothing good is going to come of it, yet there is a morbid hope and something good can be salvaged from it. Since Chri...

Re: No Quick Fix.

We were close last season, then we changed Owner, DoF and manager, getting the latter wrong imo. Still even had we got that right we'd be looking at yet another rebuild taking 3 more years. That said I don't think we're far off and most are too critical of our players We need a keeper preferably no...

Re: No Quick Fix.

There are many words one can use to describe your feelings for being a Leeds United supporter. One that many of us will feel is frustration, the frustration of at the end of each season saying, we just need to add 3 quality players but instead seeing quality leave and so we then need 5/6 quality pl...

Re: Caleb Ekuban

I hope to be proved wrong but i would rather someone be a lazy player and deliver the goals. That is all that really matters here and CE sadly does not seem to have the composure in front of goal. When we got beaten by Fulham the BEST 2 chances of the night were Ekuban 1 on 1 (straight at keeper) a...

Re: Paul Heckingbottom

I have kind of upped my interest this year, coming to more games (although I am in Essex/work in London) and was looking in the lufc for a chat forum as i have been a bit fed up with things lately. Then i found this and havent frequented a chatboard for years so i thought I would make a come back! ...

Good luck to them in the Prem.

They are ready for the premiership unlike us who are a million miles away :(

They will surprise several teams next season

For those who have seen him regularly how does he seem at taking crosses and commanding the box? From the highlights I have seen he seems to be rooted to his line for set pieces which may just be what he has been told to do as I recall that it appeared FW had been told to stay on his line for set p...

After the game, the Greeks wouldn't allow Leeds fans to pay for food and drink, they were that upset with their country...
