Yes mate, a Biorb type aquarium, it magnifies the fish.

I can just sit and watch them for hours, and frequently do

Re: What are things you can't live without?

Trains for travel, especially to see relatives and the seaside - otherwise, forgive me faaip, the things you can no longer have. Gingers, arrowroots and other dunkables, the fish and chips must be Yorkshire, nowhere else the same. Debbie can make lovely fried bass, almost as good as haddock so I'm ...

👍 With golden syrup. Milk not water.

And MUSIC! MUSIC! MUSIC!
Use to have porridge with golden syrup, cut much of the sweet stuff out these days, now have either pear or a banana plus a yogurt with my porridge.

Can't live without my music!

Re: What are things you can't live without?

Work, unlike most people I really enjoy going to work and without work I wouldn’t be able to do a great deal. Don’t get me wrong I like to come home too and have holidays, I’m fortunate that I do a 4 day week (long days) and get 6 weeks 2 days holiday. Other things, Leeds United, Yorkshire tea, Yor...

Re: It's raining cats & dogs

I absolutely love dogs, had them all my life. But I have to admit that cats are not for me. It’s the treatment they dish out to the little feathered, furry or scaly wildlife that I hate. I know, I know, it’s nature, but I’m just glad I’m not a mouse/bird/frog/snake etc, all of which I find beheaded...

Re: Playlist over the last week......

Radiohead 'The Bends' Red House Painters 'Ocean Beach Hum 'You'd Prefer An Astronaut' plus Radiohead 'Kid A' - their best imo! features the brilliant 'National Anthem' song. (strangely enough National Anthem won the 3.40 at Southwell this afternoon) Van Morrison 'Wavelength' - picked this beauty up ...

Re: Album of 1995 - NOMINATE ONE ALBUM

This is getting uncanny... (Although I do have a soft spot for Beatles songs done well, by other artists - eg I'm down - Adrian Belew) Apparently, I have to submit an entry, as I have popped out of my hole for a brief moment in the sun... 1995... It's got to be Thrak - King Crimson :) Are you back ...

Knew The Bends would be up there. I think it would be my choice.
Features two of the great songs of the 90's ‎'Street Spirit (Fade Out)' & 'Fake Plastic Trees' of course

Just listened to 90 minutes of Radiohead this afternoon 8-)
