Sort of a brain teaser - Charlton played in consecutive FA Cup finals in 1945-46 and 1946-47
Both games went to extra time but is the other connection ?
Same scoreline in both finals

Re: RE-LIVE | Birmingham City v Leeds United | 29th December 2019

I'll get round to it soon. Sent from my XT1032 using Tapatalk Both games are worth a watch especially if anyone missed the full games. Even better when one knows we won both matches, not so nerve-racking :) :) Link for Bristol City or just click onto YouTube https://www.motforum.com/phpbb/viewtopic...

Peterborough United 8
Wolverhampton Wanderers 7

Queens Park Rangers 6
Charlton Athletic 5

Leeds United 4
Blackpool 3

???

and why
I'm assuming 2-1 but naming the teams is the conundrum

Re: Positives from Covid-19

Living in a built up area with major roads and motorways nearby I’ve noticed how much quieter it’s become and as a result of about 75% less traffic and very few planes passing overhead the air quality is now on a par with the Yorkshire Dales, makes you realise how poor the air usually is. Must be a...

Not sure why being in a car helps promote CV...sealed unit, get in in your drive, go for said drive, get out in your drive...an enjoyable hour that gets you out of the prison you call your home. ( Well mine is feeling like a prison atm but I've been indoors for 14 days now.) Of course driving like ...

Getting drunk with "former Leeds players" Ross McCormack and Tony Capaldi according to the Mirror. Capaldi only played 3 games for us, but 300 elsewhere.
Why am I not surprised!

I seem to recall Swannie saying she can't watch Leeds games live as her nerves get to her & she has to hide behind the settee. Now she knows the scores she can view this Birmingham game plus the Bristol City (on page 2) in full remaining nice & calm :)

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 30th March) Kalvin Phillips - I want to spend the rest of my career at Leeds

Given our abysmal record in London this would be awful for us if we ended up having to play all our games there. Don't really see the benefit myself of playing games there rather than at club's own stadiums. I don't want our players anywhere near London or around Southern England Coronavirus is mor...
