Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 12th Mar) - All matches to be played behind closed doors?

Sounds like we'll have some easy to get hold of streams for the next few weeks. Still, can't say I won't be disappointed at not seeing Keit Andrews's sour bollock face after the game that takes us up.

Re: Cardiff City v Leeds Utd Match Thread

This is our time and the lads know it. They're playing to win the league now, like they know they belong in the Prem. There was one five minute passage of play in the second half against Huddersfield, just after Bamford's goal I think, where we simply mauled them. If memory serves that's when Jack h...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 11th March) - Casilla to be sent back to Spain whilst club decide fate

Bielsa will be with Leeds long enough to become a true hero and legend, of that I'm certain. So long as the club continues to be run well and we continue to invest in the future as we have been doing we won't be going back down into the second tier anytime soon. I have a strong feeling we will enter...

Re: 18/19 squad vs 19/20 squad

I think this season's team, if they played last season's team, would win comfortably. Harrison is much more dangerous, Ayling and Dallas are on another level and our options off the bench are stronger. I also agree with Cjay in that I think the league is more competitive this season. It's not just t...

Anyone else thinking the reactions to this virus are completely over the top? If only we tackled poverty, homelessness and starvation with the same enthusiasm. Or war, or the environment. But this virus might affect 'the market' apparently, so all normal activity has to be halted. Wall Street all b...

We had 2 points less but were only 2 points clear of SU
Had a feeling that was the case. I think that's why it feels so different and folk are getting excited. Trying to restrain myself personally but it's getting difficult. I think I'll let myself go after the next couple of games.

Looks really comfortable with our style of play, bags of energy and lightning-quick feet and reflexes. Look forward to seeing him in the team proper when the time's right.

Nothing and no one to fear now. Beating Fulham will be a revenge most sweet after their ill-gotten victory last time and I'll bet the lads will be wanting to do a number on Cardiff` too. Two wins in these games, which we're every bit capable of getting, will see us go up as champions.

Re: Leeds Utd v Huddersfield Town Match Thread - Phillips injured, Berardi in

Good game so far but I think we've seen the best feom Udders, who are a completely different team to last time to give them credit, but they've not yet seen the best from us. 3-0 is my prediction.

Just need to survive the nauseating commentary. Can we get the Hull lad in instead?

Re: Leeds Utd v Huddersfield Town Match Thread

I think we've got this. Yes, the udders have a bit of a run going but we're the best in the league and the lads are playing like they want to go up. I fancy Huddersfield for survival easily but today they're not facing mid table or playoff contenders, they're up against Leeds at Elland Road. We've g...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 4th March) - How much will Roberts & Poveda feature this weekend?

It's obvious the club have been getting their transfer business so very wrong it's become a joke. What they clearly should have done was get themselves a time-travelling magical unicorn, gone to May 2020, catalogued all the results, individual runs of form, injuries and other circumstances that may ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 4th March) - How much will Roberts & Poveda feature this weekend?

Tyler needs working his way in gradually. For now I'm happy with 25-30 mins for a few games more, less risk of injury and he'll have an easier time against tired players like he did against 'ull. Meanwhile, Fulham manager Scott Parker has admitted his players were knackered after their win over Pres...
