Re: What are you doing today ?

The trouble is we judge without looking at the person. We don't see the person we see freeloaders - well guess what go to any council estate anywhere in the country and there are millions of freeloaders that were born and bred in England and could trace their descendants back several generations an...

Re: What are you doing today ?

Really is it any different to a Geordie moving to London for work? Just because he is moving from one part of England to another why should it be dif...

Re: Get the beer in for tonight.

I had a ticket for this and gave it away as I was stuck up in Cumbria working. But I remember being on the coach after the Kettering game when the draw was made and we were the last tie out of the bag so we all knew who we were getting. I was lucky to be at OT the last time we won a league match the...

Radomar “Raddy” Antic passed away today aged 71. Who’ll forget his winner for Luton at Maine Road to keep them up and relegate Man City on the last day of the season in 1983. RIP

Re: I wonder.....

The 3 schools, infants, juniors and Grammar, that I attended all did whole class photos and individual ones, obviously after more money. I remember having a few school trips, a couple at junior school to Ingleborough Hall for 4 nights which was every 9/10 years old dream, walking, caving, learning a...

Re: Sky news report - The Red zone

Interesting part for me was, people here saying that any death and the patient has the virus then it's put down as a CV death. He said it is the opposite. I did say before, my information about this as come from people working front line, that's why we mostly closed ourselves down before it became ...

Don't forget the suncream Rich, you don't want to have to go all the way back for it.
Thanks for the reminder, that would’ve been a disaster having to go all that way back for the sun cream.

With the weather forecast looking good on Sunday we’ve decided to go out for the afternoon so the 3 of us are taking a picnic and setting off out into the garden, it’ll take us a good 5-6 seconds to get to our table and chairs..... we’re all really excited and looking forward to our big day out.

My job has completely changed since the lockdown began as has our organisations direction. I mean we helped people, the vulnerable and the elderly particularly before all this hit us but these last 2 weeks have been insane and I've never stopped. Squeezed in to my daily routine now I have to delive...

500 more deaths today including a doctor who came out of retirement to help.

But I’m sure some will claim the figures are being distorted.

Re: What are you doing today ?

The usual routine of sitting by the fire reading, playing the guitar, or going out for a long walk. Went to my partner's for a meal last night. We've both had the virus, we both live alone, we have no intention of being forced to cohabit. Judge me all you want. Opened a bottle of 'champagne' that t...
