WhiteRose wrote: Fri Apr 19, 2024 6:40 pm Unknown what happens with Archie if we go up, I’d say he definitely can’t play right back in the prem and it would be a risk for him to start in midfield.

If we don’t go up he could well be a saleable asset this summer
He won't be going anywhere this Summer.....

Re: European/World Football

For only the third time in the 21st century, England has no teams in the semi-finals of the Champions League or Europa League/Uefa Cup. It will be only the fourth time in the past 20 seasons that the Premier League will not have a finalist in either competition. Great news. A few knocked off their ...

Re: Another daft rule!

Another daft rule that is detrimental to the small clubs and only benefits the big clubs. FA Cup replays will be scrapped from the first round onwards in the 2024-25 competition. All rounds of the Emirates FA Cup will also be played on weekends, including the fifth round which has been played in mi...

Re: Today's Games

Citeh have a semi-final v Chelsea on Saturday. Haaland & De Bruyne have recently returned from injuries, perhaps Pep didn't want to burn them out. Unlike Leeds, Citeh have a squad of world class players, even their defenders can take quality penalties. They didnt do very well last night with th...

Pep does a wonder substitution - takes off two of his best penalty takers in Haaland and DeBruyner. Kinda got what he deserves.
