With reference to Kalvin Phillips as centre back, we are small all over the pitch so why not reduce the height of the back four, makes it exciting when we are defending corners with 6' 5'' centre forwards bearing down on our 5' 8'' defender !! HELP.

When they do come over, which isn't very often, they only seem to play London.

Re: York City v Leeds United Official Matchday Whinge

Team news Marcelo Bielsa is expected to field a different side, to the team which played 90 minutes against Forest Green Rovers on Tuesday. Midfielder Lewis Baker could make his debut, whilst former York striker Ryan Edmondson may line up against his former side. Ronaldo Vieira, Laurens De Bock and...

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 19th July)

I think I've give up on potential signings, just going to wait and see what happens. You wouldn't think Phillips as a natural player for the back 3 system, the only way to see is try it, which if it is the case, should be tonight, for 1 half at least. Looking more and more unlikely there will be mo...

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 19th July)

Good Morning Everyone Leeds are in a tug of war with Derby and West Brom to sign Brentford's highy rated winger Florian Jozefzoon. Leeds leapt into gear yesterday following an announcement that Derby had made an acceptable offer for the 27 year old French man. The Elland Road club are back in the h...

For music to have an impact on me, I know when that 'flutter' of excitement suddenly hits, then the soar of emotion and then having to listen to the whole song because I can't not listen to it....that just happened  ............that first song is just so brilliant, I just had to listen to al...

Re: The Music Discussion Thread - Your favourite BEIRUT albums

I'm a bit like your mate ges, not particularly into music so much any more. Totally understand how he grew out of it. Re: The Music Discussion Thread - Your favourite BEIRUT albums

I've a mate who hadn't bought an album since the early 80's, was into his Whitesnake, Iron Maiden etc at that time but grew out of it and never found anything else, became a talk radio type of guy. One morning a few years back he came to my house to do a job and as it happened I had the TFCC playin...

Re: Even the sharks.....

When Seven was alive she needed three and he needed 2 (all different amounts and the heart pill came later after a small stroke), could't use their food as no guarantee who or if it would get eaten. So we cooked chicken breast and used a chicken wrapped pill bomb to get it down them. She was fussy ...
