Re: Album of 1976 - NOMINATE NOW

Frankly I'm not happy, I'm assuming she was banned for that after extreme provocation imo...her retort fully valid imo. The best poster to go since we lost Riot in similar circumstances. Did Peter get censored too. She'd decided to leave and let everyone know about it in a couple of quite abusive p...

Re: Seagulls suffering

Saw a couple of Magpies prowling along the street, looking in every driveway the other day.

Whilst this will mean that some wildlife thrives and reclaims certain areas there will be certain animals that scavenge that won't know what to do!

Remembering Chris Loftus & Kevin Speight - 20 Years On, Never Forgotten

https://motforum.com/images/th/NeverForgotten.jpg Twenty years ago, two lads went to a football match and never came home. I’d never met Kevin Speight or Christopher Loftus but we shared a love, a love of Leeds United football club, and that’s a pretty strong bond. What should have been an exciting...

Returning to Elland Road

So... What do you miss most about the hold place?

How will you feel when we are finally allowed to return, walking down Beeston Hill, through the Turnstiles and out into the stadium?

Re: What Now For Football?

I've set my expectations that the season is void and we start again in the Championship next season without Bielsa.

If we finish the season and go up or if the current/average positions are taken and we go up then great. Will feel a bit hollow if we don't complete the season though.

Re: What Now For Football?

No need to decide now, still plenty of time but they should be planning for various scenarios.

The view now should be to complete the season when safe to do so. As we get closer to June contracts become an issue but let's see where we are at the start of May first.

Moves to get the season underway as 3:00pm television blackout lifted

https://www.motforum.com/images/th/SkySports.jpg Whilst football is certainly not the most important thing on people’s minds as the world fights Coronavirus, it’s return remains a beacon of light, a hope that we can get back to a normal way of life and that Leeds can finally get back to the Premier...

Re: Easter holiday?

With the weather forecast looking good on Sunday we’ve decided to go out for the afternoon so the 3 of us are taking a picnic and setting off out into the garden, it’ll take us a good 5-6 seconds to get to our table and chairs..... we’re all really excited and looking forward to our big day out. Go...

Luciano Becchio, Cult hero or genuine legend?

https://www.motforum.com/players/photos/BecchioLuciano.png It’s difficult to rate players from the modern era against the legends of the past. Once such player is Luciano Becchio, regarded as somewhat of a cult hero by many, does he actually deserve to be regarded amongst the best who have ever pla...

Only red team with a rose I can think of is Southampton, but there is a lack of water and the tree.

But could a game between Leeds and Bayern ever be friendly or will that night in 1975 taint th...
