From the bbc site, i knew they said this after the match but rechecked.

Spain top Group B courtesy of having collected fewer disciplinary points than Portugal.

Re: 2018 WORLD CUP - DENMARK v AUSTRALIA

It's possible that Spain and Portugal could end up with identical records in their group. I believe there is some sort of tie-breaker (well there has to be really) in that case. Has anyone heard/read/seen any mention of which of the two are ahead in respect of the tie-breaker?

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 21 June)

Hi EB I wouldn't have said no to Bartley, but if we can do better, then I've no problem with us losing interest. Getting a couple of loanees from the leading clubs could be a very good thing. Especially if they are younger players that they are trying to develop and keep rather than players they are...

Evenin Harry, I was expecting great things from both players.

I recall before we signed Sacko, his parent club had slapped on a 70m price tag on him.

Perhaps they were thinking Zimbabwean dollars. :)

Good morning EB

Felix won't be a great loss.

Merve 'the swerve'? Come on mate, you made that up. Why would a keeper be nicknamed the swerve? :)

At last a goal. England played dumb in the second half. Should have spent the half putting crosses in.

Sterling has to be taken off.
He has been subject to a lot of criticism when playing for England before, and his critics will be out in force again.

Re: 2018 WORLD CUP - Tunisia v England

Trying to be too intricate and getting to close to one another which allows a group of defenders to easily get in the way of passes

Re: 2018 WORLD CUP - Tunisia v England

An entertaining first half. God alone knows how England have only scored one goal, the Tunisia defence is terrible. You get the feeling that it is only a matter of time before the ball hits the back of the Tunisia net again. On a side note - this shows how out of touch I am with the Premier League n...

Is there a shock on the cards ?
Well you know never to write Germany off and they have played well, but Mexico are worthy of their first half lead.
